Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the description provided on our website, we offer free returns and a full refund. Please notify us of any such issues within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and cover the cost of return shipping
Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, we are happy to accept returns. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The item must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Please note, return requests due to a change of mind must be received within 48 hours of delivery
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at service@rowanfengshui.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, photo of the isuue if possible and whether you're requesting a refund or exchange.
Return Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Ensure the item is safely packaged to prevent damage during the return shipment.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets the return criteria, your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Any personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the item is safely returned in its original condition. Please ensure your return is packaged securely, as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged during return transit.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it according to our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@rowanfengshui.com
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
