Products & Care Instructions
If my bracelet broke, can I restring it?

Yes, you can.
There are the following steps to re-string the bracelet

  • The first step is finding the right elastic cord for your bracelet. You need some of stretchy elastic cord. It is recommended that the color of the elastic cord be similar to the color of the beads.
  • Cut a piece of cord the size of your bracelet, plus leave yourself at least three inches of elastic on each side to tie your knots and you can use the wire clippers are not the sharpest for this but they work or you can use scissors.
  • String your beads on the elastic while it is on the spool, and use a bead stopper to avoid having the beads slip off the cord. Pre-stretch your cord by pulling on each end before stringing. This is a really important step.
  • One key to successful results is to use a surgeon's knot to tie the elastic. The surgeon's knot is the most reliable knot for elastic bracelets. A surgeon's knot is a square knot (also known as a reef knot) with an extra loop through. The extra loop helps keep the knot from slipping. You can add an extra half knot on top of the surgeon's knot just in case.
  • After cutting the elastic cord, add a dab of glue to the knot. If possible, cover your knot. This makes your elastic bracelet look nicer, but also protects the knot from wear caused by rubbing between two beads.

How do I reset my bracelet?

In the event where you wish to pass your bracelet on to someone else, or if someone else have worn it before, you will need to reset your bracelet in order to be able to harness its energies again. You will need to cleanse the bracelet with Palo Santo incense sticks after passing the bracelet to someone else. Avoid using chemicals or cleaning agents such as soap as the chemicals may potentially harm or damage the stones.

How can I clean my bracelet?

Our bracelets are relatively low maintenance; a general rule of thumb will be to clean it after you wear it. As you should be wearing your bracelets often, it is imperative for it to be cleaned. Simply wipe it down with a dry microfiber cloth before storing it and you're good to go.

Can Hexiang Bead Bracelets be exposed to water?

We don’t recommend putting Hexiang Bead Bracelets in water. As a cherished Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage craft, each Hexiang bead is made of natural aromatic ingredients and traditional binding agents, crafted by hand by heritage artisans. Prolonged contact with water may soften the bead texture, fade the natural fragrance, or affect the integrity of the handcrafted structure—so as to preserve the craftsmanship and longevity of the bracelet, it’s best to avoid wearing it during bathing, washing hands, or other water-related activities.

Can the customer wear two different bracelets with different elements in one hand?

It is acceptable to wear two distinct bracelets, each featuring different elements, upon the same hand.

Crystal Usage FAQs
How to Choose Crystals?
Choosing a crystal can feel tricky—too many options, no clue which fits now?
Crystal healing is personal: what resonates with you may not with others, and that’s natural.
The ancient Eastern Five Elements offer soft guidance: Wood (green crystals for inspiration), Fire (red ones for drive), Earth (yellow for calm), Metal (white for clarity), Water (black for peace).
Notice your need, hold the crystal. A warm tingle, faint pulse or inner ease means it fits. Try our Crystal Test to trust your intuition.
Note: Five Elements links are from traditional culture, for spiritual exploration only—not medical advice. Experiences vary.

How to Create a Sacred Space?
A sacred space is simply dedicating an area to refresh your spirit—no strict rules, just what feels right for you.
For some, it might be a small sacred altar; for others, a meditation pillow in a quiet corner of home; or even an outdoor spot that wraps you in tranquility.
Over time, when you return here to pray, meditate, or do whatever healing feels true to you, a gentle energy accumulates. The moment you step in, your mind eases—subconsciously, it knows this is a haven of relief.
Any relics, crystals, or sacred objects you place here will hold that warm energy for you. And it doesn’t need grandeur; simplicity is enough.
